Your form submissions are stored securely by Netlify, Inc., the platform that hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is a US-based company that complies with applicable data protection requirements for data transfers under the UK GDPR.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted). We do not store your data in any unsecured format, and access to submission data is restricted to authorised DriveSense staff only.

We will retain your data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter (no longer than 24 months from the date of submission), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6 Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Netlify, Inc. — as our form hosting and data processor
• DriveSense trainers — where relevant, to facilitate follow-up in your geographic area. Trainers are bound by confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirement — if we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or regulatory authority

We will never share your data with RED Driving School, the AA, or any other driving instructor training provider.
